At ELBER, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To request a return, please contact our support team before sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or customized products
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to stock availability).
